Principal's Update - 14 March 2025
Posted 14th March 2025
Dear families
I want to start this week by saying a huge well done to Y11. They have been completing their final round of mock examinations over the last two weeks and their conduct and effort has been fantastic. We're now going to be working hard to mark those exams and provide feedback to students. The next six weeks are the most vital six weeks of their educational journey thus far and so it's more important than ever that students attend every single day, on time and fully prepared to learn.
Alongside the Y11 mock examinations this week students have continued to work hard in their lessons, commit to extra curricular activities and take part in a range of wider experiences. Next week our focus firmly shifts to some of those wider experiences through careers week. The below image illustrates the incredible offer that we are providing to our students next week. A huge thanks to Ms Smith for pulling this together. Look out on social media for lots of updates and pictures of the activities that students are taking part in.

You have received communication this week from Mr McCormack as we aim to tighten up our policy around the borrowing of uniform. He's asked me to remind you that from Monday 17 March, a student will need to provide a mobile phone or an equivalent item when borrowing uniform. This will be returned when the item is returned. Please do refer to the information on the website should you need further information.
Have a great weekend, the video update will be back next week so see you then!
