If you need to access food in an emergency outside of our Unity Community opening times, you can access support from the following organisations. This is usually free or low cost:

  • for an emergency food parcel you can get a referral from Armley Library
  • for £5, people who live or work in LS12 can choose 15 store cupboard essentials, frozen food or fresh fruit and vegetables from Yum Community Fridge and Pantry Unit 9 Gelder Road, Armley Town Street, LS12 3UF
  • Yum pantry is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1pm to 3pm and Saturday 10am to 12pm. Their Facebook page can be found here: Yum - Community Fridge & Pantry | Facebook
  • Leeds Northwest Food bank have a hub in LS12, visit their website for further information
